An appeal lies to the Supreme Court from any judgement , decree or final order in a civil proceeding of a High Court , if the High Court certifies : किसी सिविल कार्रवाई में उच्च न्यायालय के किसी निर्णय , डिक्री या अंतिम आदेश के विरुद्ध उच्चतम न्यायालय में अपील की जा सकती है , यदि उच्च न्यायालय यह प्रमाणित कर दे :

The expenses of commencing a civil action and the legal costs involved are too heavy , and it becomes hardly worthwhile to base an action on a small claim . और गुणावगुण के आधार पर विचारण के आरंभ होने में वर्षों लग सकते हैं . सिविल कार्रवाई प्रारंभ करने का खर्च और उसमें लगने वाले कानूनी खर्चे बहुत अधिक होते हैं और छोटे दावों के बारे में कार्रवाई करने का कोई फायदा नहीं होता .
